Professional artists are invited to submit expressions of interest for a permanent, contemporary artwork using elements of water and light in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. This is a national and international competition for a major artwork to mark the designation of Winnipeg as the Cultural Capital of Canada for 2010, a program of the Government of Canada, Department of Canadian Heritage. The budget is $575,000.
