Artists frequently point the way to the future with their work. Or interpret the past. They document change in their own unique creative context. That's because artists see things in a different way. For this exhibit, we ask that you take a look at what most people see, flip it on its head, and create a submission that interprets our theme, Signs of Progress (Or Not). YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT if you are an emerging or established artist creating original works in any media, including painting, mixed media, assemblage, video, traditional or digital photography.
