All artists must be born in Arkansas or have been a resident for at least one year. All entries must be original artwork never previously shown in The Fine Arts Center, Gallery. All artworks must be framed, ready to hang, be under 30 inches outside dimensions. All artworks must be for sale with a 30% commission paid to The Fine Arts Center upon sale. All entries must be family friendly. Awards-There will be a $300 Best of Show Award & three $100 merit awards. Entry fee.
