The Milwaukee County Percent for Art Program (MCPAP) is pleased to announce a unique competition for commission of an artwork or artworks to be located at one or two possible sites. The selected sites for potential public art are Milwaukee County Courthouse and Milwaukee County Children’s Court Center. These sites have been selected because they are important, visible landmarks of Milwaukee County. They also offer several opportunities for the implementation of exterior public art. MCPAP is requesting artists to submit a Request for Information response for the project. A total budget of not to exceed $700,000 is available through the program.
