Trash to Treasure is the theme and $500 is up for grabs! Artists will incorporate long strips of the discarded label paper Gifts With Humanity used last year in an artistic expression (sculptor, canvas, pottery, film, dance, stage, sound, written, flash mob, etc.). The art will be displayed via Facebook for popular vote. The winning artist will receive a $400 shopping spree and the second place artist will receive a $100 shopping spree at GiftsWithHumanity.com. We hope this goes a long way to finance their Christmas. Both artists will also enjoy the title of 2010 Fair Trade Art Ambassador. Each artist will be supplied with approximately 500 yards of label paper. It is just over 4 inches wide and pieces range from a few feet to hundreds of feet long.
