Founded to offer creative individuals of the highest talent an inspiring environment in which to produce enduring works of the imagination, the MacDowell Colony is accepting applications from writers, playwrights, composers, film/video artists, visual artists, architects, and interdisciplinary artists. Emerging as well as established artists are encouraged to apply. Talent is the sole criterion for acceptance to the Colony. There are no residency fees.
