This Competition is open to entrants worldwide, eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of their entry. All eligible entries received will be judged in a Preliminary Round according to the following criteria: (1) 50% on the artistic merit including creativity and originality demonstrated in the submitted entry and (2) 50% on the adherence to and the ability of the artwork to depict and capture the essence of the theme "The Wonderful World of Purebred Dogs". $3,000 for first place winner.
