Artists are invited to apply to the top ranking 15th annual Art In The Pearl Fine Arts & Crafts Festival 2011. The festival is held Labor Day weekend, September 3, 4 and 5, in the beautiful and historic Northwest Park blocks setting of Portland, Oregon's Pearl District neighborhood. Art In The Pearl has a reputation as one of the nation's premier art festivals, and features juried work from 130 artists from across the USA and Canada. Applications are accepted December 1, 2010 through midnight February 15, 2011. Entry fee.
