Frankenart mart needs a cheap enclosure made from scraps and recycled parts for our trash bins on the sidewalk, so we're having a design contest. To enter, please submit your design including materials selection and proposed construction process along with an approximate budget via mail or email. Designs will be judged for secure access, attractiveness, creativity, durability, and cheapness. The winning design will be built and installed in front of the mart.
