A project to design a portable, flexible, and architecturally significant performance venue for vacant lots located in the City of Long Beach. This project is supported by a grant from the National Endowment for the Art's Mayor;s Institute On City Design 25th Anniversary Initiative and matching funds from the Long Beach Redevelopment Agency and the Los Angeles County Arts Commission.
