GuGa is now gathering talent from near and far for the upcoming winter show, "HATCHING: Crossing the Line" @ ONE Gallery. All prints must be original hand-made work; no computer engineered or printed materials. All styles of print making accepted, composition up to you, color or black and white your choice, all sizes welcome... but, the work must be comprised of our dear shading, shaping and comprising friend, the hatch line and his cousin the cross-hatch! Hatching is an artistic technique used to create tonal or shading effects by drawing, painting or scribing closely spaced parallel lines. When lines are placed at an angle to one another, it is called cross-hatching.
