Philadelphia Office of Arts, Culture & the Creative Economy's Public Art Program announces a competition to commission artwork for the interior of a new recreation building to be located at Pleasant Playground in Mt. Airy, Philadelphia. This competition is open to artists and artist teams who reside in the following states: Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. The budget is $10,000.
