I-Park, a 450-acre woodland retreat in East Haddam, CT, is offering residency opportunities from May through November 2011 in the following creative disciplines: Visual (including Environmental) Art, Music Composition/Sound Sculpture, Moving Image, Creative Writing and Landscape/Garden Design. Most sessions are 4-weeks in duration. The program is offered free of charge to those accepted by the selection panels. Accommodations include comfortable private living quarters and a private studio. Six $750 travel grants will be offered to international artists whose work is held in particularly high regard by the Grant Committee. Application materials will be posted online by Nov 22, 2010.
