The Walsh Gallery at Seton Hall University is seeking submissions for a group exhibition curated by Ruth Ballester, Whitney Fehl, and Lauren Thompson. The call is open to all artists working towards expanding the definition portraiture. Portraiture: Inside Out seeks to emphasize the methods by which contemporary artists explore private identity of both the self and the other by denying formal and art historical conventions, as well as moving away from lofty social and political tendencies.
