The Geneva art fund is innovating in public art by commissioning luminous artworks displayed on a large public square. The Neon project already boasts 6 installations, by S.Fleury, D.Gonzalez-Foerster, N.Hess, C.Jankowski, J.Leuba and S.Xhafa. 2 additional luminous works, along with an exhibition, symposium, and publication, are scheduled for March 2012. Proposals deadline is March 1, 2011. The Jury will select 1 project for realization with a CHF 18'000. Entry fee.
