Philadelphia Office of Arts, Culture & the Creative Economy's Public Art Program announces a competition to commission site-specific artwork for Sturgis Playground. This competition offers artists the opportunity to repurpose trees from the site. The call is open to artists and artist teams who reside in the following states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and New York. Budget: $20,000.
