The Business Development & Sales Manager reports to the General Manager of Glendale Arts and is responsible for helping to grow the organization through increasing brand awareness, the development of new programs to generate revenue, and the sales of sponsorships and advertising. He/she shall research, develop, and implement marketing and sales programs that support the attainment of the organization's financial goals.
