The Thornton Arts, Sciences and Humanities Council (TASHCO) through the City of Thornton, Colorado, is requesting proposals in an open competition for a qualified artist to paint two ground level water tanks, located at the intersection of Thornton Parkway and Dorothy Boulevard in Thornton, Colorado. Work to be started September 1, 2011, and completed (weather permitting) by the end of the year. The budget is $60,000.
