Artists 18 years and older, working in all 2-D and 3-D art media, are invited to submit digital entries. Artists should consider the theme, "Catawampus," as a playful exploration of life turned on its head or simply an acknowledgment of what is different or a bit askew. Artwork must be viewable for all ages. Prizes include a $2,000 purchase prize as well as numerous other prizes. Entry fee.
