The Diogene group of artists is promoting the international competition "Diogene_urbanbivouac", open to Italian and foreign artists. The artist selected will be hosted in an old carriage, the Bivouac, from the city's public transports agency, located in a green roundabout in Turin. Period of stay: 4 to 8 weeks between September 1st and October 20th 2011. Budget: up to 5.500 euros (attendance reward, living expenses, and production expenses for the project/s) + travel RT expenses.
