This is the educational component of the upcoming Asian and Pacific Islander American Heritage Month Celebration offered by the Office of Mayor Antonio R. Villaraigosa in partnership with Cultural Affairs. It consists of two contests that are open to all youth who live and attend school in Los Angeles County; This includes foster, probation, juvenile halls, public, private, charter and home schools. Grades K-12.
