The MacDowell Colony awards Fellowships to artists of exceptional talent, providing time, space, and an inspiring environment in which to do creative work. A Fellowship consists of exclusive use of a private studio, accommodations, and three prepared meals a day for two weeks to two months. There is no cost for a Fellowship; travel funds and stipends are available to artists-in-residence based on need. Residency Dates: October 1, 2011-January 31, 2012. $30 application processing fee.
