The City of Moscow, Idaho, Water Department is seeking a bike rack design. Only one entry per individual artist or team of artists will be accepted. This call to artist is open to everyone regardless of age or experience. Selected artist or team of artists will be paid a $4,000 stipend to build the Public Art Bike Rack. All materials, labor, costs and installation will be the responsibility of the artist or group of artists.
