INTERNATIONAL WATERCOLOR EXHIBITION - June 30, 2011
Must have been painted within the last two years and not previously exhibited at the City of Brea Art Gallery or another Water West show. Only transparent watercolor on a single piece of rag or wood pulp paper is acceptable. Entry fee.
