Accepting submissions of work created by foreign-born artists living permanently in the United States, using computer-based and new media technologies, to be featured in a new digital art space created for this program–the dARTboard--premiering in January 2012. The applicant chosen to exhibit work on Vilcek.org will also receive an Artist’s Honorarium of $5,000. No entry fee.
