The Emerging New York Architects Committee (ENYA), AIA NY Chapter, is pleased to announce its fifth biennial design ideas competition. This year we are asking entrants to design a hybridized Transportation Hub and Community facility at the decommissioned Department of Sanitation marine transfer station located in the Hudson River at 135th Street.
