Visual artists: call for qualifications for health center project The Arts Commission's Civic Art Program is seeking an artist or artist team to design, fabricate and install an artwork for the Hubert H. Humphrey Comprehensive Health Center (5850 South Main Street, Los Angeles CA 90003). The artwork will enliven the facility's entrance and create an uplifting environment for the outpatients the South Los Angeles center serves.
