Distracted driving is the number one killer of teens in the United States. Your job is to capture the attention of teens and make them turn unsafe habits into safe habits. Adults have tried to do this for years and have failed. It's time for you to take ownership of this important cause. First place winner will receive a scholarship in the amount of $2,000; 2nd place runner up will receive $500; 3rd place $200. In addition to a scholarship, the winning video will be turned into an Ad Council PSA and will be distributed nationally to 1,600 TV stations. Entry fee.
