Limited to Artists Within the Kansas City Power & Light Service Area. Artists and Collaborative Artist Teams are invited to submit qualifications to be considered for the commission of a permanent public artwork as a part of the Crosstown Substation renovation in Kansas City's Crossroads Arts District. Budget: $100,000. Installation planned for Summer 2012.
