South Carolina visual artists are invited to submit entries for consideration as the official design of the 2012 North Charleston Arts Festival. The selected design will become part of the City’s Public Art Collection and will be featured on all advertising and promotional materials. The winning artist will be awarded $500 and will also be an opportunity for the artist to exhibit original works at the North Charleston City Gallery during the 2012 Festival.
