Artists must be at least 16 years of age and a resident of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, or British Columbia. Works in both two- and three- dimensional forms, including photography, are eligible. A total of $1,300 in cash prizes, a purchase award, and additional merchandise awards, will be presented. Entry images must be submitted online. Entry fee.
