The Flaneur indie arts and culture journal is running a short story contest. The theme is "Urban shorts", to be interpreted in any way you wish. There is a word limit of around 6000 words - we are willing to look at work that is longer if it fits the theme. Entries will be published in an ebook and the winner will receive a cash prize.
