TEXAS & NEIGHBORS REGIONAL 5 STATE ART COMPETITION - February 5, 2013
More than $8,400 in cash prizes will be awarded and exhibited for one month at the Irving Arts Center (just north of Dallas, TX). Open to any artist over the age of 18 residing in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas. There are 4 categories for you to compete in and win. Jill Pankey, Juror. Entry fee.
