The National Oil & Acrylic Painters’ Society (NOAPS) invites oil and acrylic painters to submit original work for the Best of America 2013 Juried Exhibition. Cash Awards $5500 plus numerous Sponsor Awards. The entry includes NOAPS Membership for 2013 providing all associated benefits. Entry fee $50 for 2 images. Additional images $10. Maximum 5 images.
