Professional artists living within driving distance of Philadelphia, PA are invited to apply for a public art commission for a permanent outdoor sculpture in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. BUDGET: $100,000. Individual artists or teams with experience in public art projects are eligible to submit qualifications. Five finalists will each receive $1,000 for proposals. No entry fee.
